Acting in accordance with the requirements contained in the management agreement and leases/deeds, our Estate Management Team use their extensive experience to ensure that each building is managed cost effectively and to a high standard.

Experienced Estate Managers and surveyors ensure that buildings are maintained cost effectively and to a high standard.
Properties are managed by locally based Estate Managers who arrange and oversee maintenance contracts for items such as gardening, cleaning and lift maintenance.
Regular inspections are undertaken to ensure services are being provided and that repairs have been carried out.
