Our in house legal team has a wealth of experience in all aspects of property management and Landlord and Tenant Law.
We offer assistance and advice on the legal set up that will best suit each individual development, providing draft leases, transfer documents and management agreements.
Once a site is in management we provide advice and assistance to our Estate Management and Accounts Departments dealing with queries from residents as well as enforcement of covenants, whenever necessary.
