Trinity's Building Surveyors and Facilities Managers have many years experience in their respective fields and ensure that the buildings under our management are maintained to a high standard.

Our Surveying Team deals with the difficult repairs and the more technical maintenance contracts required on some plant and equipment. The Surveying team also liaises with developers to ascertain where the responsibility of defects lie.
A programme of regular, documented Health and Safety and Fire Risk inspections is carried out in accordance with the extensive legislation and to ensure that the buildings comply with all legal requirements.
In conjunction with our Estate Management Team, our Surveyors oversee the programme of external and common parts redecorations, ensuring that work is carried out to a high standard and cost effectively.
