New Developments / First Occupations

The management and maintenance of a new development, during first occupations, will usually be undertaken by the developer who will provide services such as cleaning and gardening.

It is only when the majority of properties have been sold that the management of the development will be handed over to Trinity.

Handover meetings are arranged with the developer, at which snagging items and defects are listed. At handover items such as keys to all communal cupboards and legal documentation are also required, that will allow the property to be managed effectively.

If the development is not completed to a certain standard and we are not in receipt of all relevant information, we may not take the property into management at that time.

When we commence management, residents will receive our Resident Welcome Pack detailing information of our services.
