As you are a new Resident we have grouped together some useful information for you.

This Welcome pack provides information on the services that may be required to manage your development, the role of the manageing agent and answers to common questions.
You may find this pack particularly helpful if you have not previously lived on a managed development.

Update your contact details

We want to ensure we communicate with you in a way that works for you. Please take the time to fill the form below so we can keep our records up to date.

We are now able to email all general letters, statements, credit notes and demands, make sure you include your email address and tick the box if you would like to receive communications from us in this way.


The Residents' Portal is an online information and secure payment gateway tailored to you and your developement.

We will be sending you your Login ID and password (under seperate cover) giving you access to the portal, enabling you to;

  • manage your account online
  • get up-to-date reports on development maintenance
  • access your final accounts, insurance certificates and more
  • find useful contact details
  • access useful forms and documents

Soon you will receive your Account Reference Number (may also be referred to as 'Our Ref' on some correspondences), enabling you to complete any necessary enquiry forms (found to the right). If you require further information, please click on the form and you will find a brief description.
