Our properties are managed by proactive and professional teams dedicated to each region of the country.
Trinity uses locally based Estate Managers to ensure all its developments are regularly inspected and serviced by the best local contractors.
Our Estate Managers are supported by office based management and accounts staff and, have access to various in house property specialists including Building Surveyors, Facilities Managers and Insurance specialists.
Our Management Fees are clear, open and transparent and, are not linked to a percentage of overall expenditure, which would give no incentive to keep costs under control.
We are a specialist property management company and do not have any related, subsidiary or affiliated companies linked to us. This gives us complete independent discretion to use the most appropriate contractors for our schemes.
Similarly we are not related or affiliated to any of our developer clients, which means we are an unbiased and professional in our management approach.
