There is a committed and hard working Residents’ Association in place, and our local Estates team meet regularly with the members of the RA to discuss the management of the Estate.
We have worked with the RA to retender for cyclical contracts such as landscaping and window cleaning to achieve cost reductions and better value for money for services provided.
We have worked to reduce electricity charges by the installation of timer switches on communal heaters in the apartment blocks.
Have just finished a major works project completing an external redecoration of the Grade 2 listed blocks forming part of the phase 1 handover. This involved working closely with the developer who assisted with some of the pre-paint repairs on sites.

We work closely with the RA to review the insurance arrangements to reduce insurance costs.
