Covid-19 (Coronavirus) Update

Trinity have been monitoring the current situation regarding the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic.

Following the advice issued by government, in the interest of protecting the Trinity team we have decided to close our head office.

Business continuity plan

In order to continue to provide services to our customers, Trinity have put in place systems and process to enable our teams to work from home.

From Monday 23rd March our call team will be working from home, this will not affect the service that you receive, please continue to call us on 0345 345 1584.

You may be aware that we recently implemented an online maintenance reporting system, this system is available via our website www.trinityestates.com.  The report a fault option allows you to report any maintenance issues at your development.  Due to the design of the system any of our team can pick up and progress issues through the system, they will appoint a contractor and you will receive updates on the progress of the issue repair.

For any other non-emergency query please visit our website and use the contact us section to complete one of the specific query forms.

Our teams will be working with both the maintenance system and the electronic form submission, all queries will be picked up and responded to utilising electronic communication methods.  However, the teams will also be able to make outbound calls, if you require a call back please ensure that you leave your contact details.

Services provided at your development

The provision of on-site services is provided by our third-party maintenance partners.  We are reliant on them to be able to service the development.  The use of operatives within these businesses will be dependent upon the policies for the organisations, unfortunately, due to the nature of the pandemic it is possible that service provision will be disrupted.  Trinity have a network of resource partners nationwide and will utilise this network to provide services as normal as much as possible.  If a maintenance provider cannot be sourced our senior management team will decide on the action required dependent on the issue.

Trinity have been working closely with the service providers that undertake cleaning works.  Focus is being placed on additional cleaning in high traffic areas, however, please take extra care yourself to prevent the passing of the virus.

Declaration of your current situation

If you are reporting a maintenance issue either through the online system or via our call team, please be aware that you will be required to answer some simple questions relating to the virus.  These questions provide vital information required to protect our teams from any possible exposure to the virus, please ensure that you provide accurate information to our teams.

As the pandemic evolves Trinity will adjust this policy as required.  It is our intention to operate “business as normal”.  The changes made have been implemented to protect the Trinity team whilst ensuring that we can support our customers during this difficult and unprecedented time.

Useful information

Thank you for your support and understanding, please get in contact using the methods detailed above if you have any queries.
