We would like to take this opportunity to provide you a further update and some key information about how Trinity have been managing the current Covid-19 Pandemic.
Over the last few months we have been monitoring the advice being issued by Government, taking the necessary steps to implement our business continuity plans to ensure that we could adapt and implement changes as required, whilst minimising the impact of services we provide you as our customers.
Business continuity plan
Since Monday 23rd March, all our teams have been working remotely from home. Our IT systems enabled business as usual with our call teams operating from home. Please continue to call us on 0345 345 1584.
You may be aware that we recently implemented our online maintenance reporting system, this system is available via our website www.trinityestates.com. The ‘report a fault’ option allows you to report any maintenance issues at your development.
For any other non-emergency query please visit our website and use the ‘contact us’ section to complete one of the specific query forms.
Services provided at your development
Following directions issued by the government the provision of on-site services by our third-party maintenance partners may be disrupted. We continue to work closely with our partners to establish which services can continue to be provided. Almost all of our partners are now back up and running at full capacity.
Trinity have a network of resource partners nationwide and will utilise this network to provide services as normal as possible. We will utilise our communication channels to keep you updated of service visits when available. However, please be advised that some service disruption is inevitable. If you have any queries regarding services, then please get in touch with our teams.
Declaration of your current situation
If you are reporting a maintenance issue either through the online system or via our call team, please be aware that you will be required to answer some simple questions relating to the virus. These questions provide vital information required to protect our teams and partners from any possible exposure to the virus, please ensure that you provide accurate information to our teams.
We would also ask that should you be aware that you have Covid-19 you report this directly to us so we can keep our records updated.
Following advice from the Government, we instigated the closure of communal facilities on all our managed developments. This included, play areas, communal lounges, gym areas etc. We are now carrying out risk assessments in order to safely reopen play areas, and other facilities in line with Government instruction.
Your Property Manager will be undertaking inspections of the development. Our Property Managers will have the necessary PPE equipment and a detailed visit protocol to adhere to, preventing the risk of spread of infection. Part of this protocol is to maintain strict social distancing; therefore, should you wish to meet during their inspection please contact us to discuss and agree arrangements in advance of their attendance.
We will continue to closely monitor government and industry advice and keep you updated on any changes.
As the pandemic evolves Trinity will adjust this policy as required. It is our intention to operate “business as normal”. The changes made have been implemented to protect the Trinity team whilst ensuring that we can support our customers during this difficult and unprecedented time.
Thank you for your support and understanding, please get in contact using the methods detailed above if you have any queries. Please keep safe and contact our teams if you have any queries regarding your development.
