Update 05-01-2021

Trinity would take this opportunity to wish you a Happy New Year.

Following the governments latest direction to place England into a tougher lockdown from today, we would take this opportunity to provide you a further update and some key information about how Trinity have been managing the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Business continuity plan

Since Monday 23rd March 2020, all our teams have been working remotely from home. Our IT systems enabled business as usual with our call teams operating from home. Please continue to call us on 0345 345 1584.

You may be aware that we recently implemented our online maintenance reporting system, this system is available via our website www.trinityestates.com. The ‘report a fault’ option allows you to report any maintenance issues at your development.

For any other non-emergency query please visit our website and use the ‘contact us’ section to complete one of the specific query forms.

Services provided at your development

We continue to monitor and follow directions issued by the government. The provision of on-site services by our third-party maintenance partners may be disrupted. We continue to work closely with our partners to establish which services can continue to be provided. Almost all our partners continue to provide services, all have amended working practices to ensure they are able to work safely and in line with all guidelines issued.

Trinity has a large network of resource partners operating nationwide and will utilise this network to provide services as normal as possible. We will utilise our communication channels to keep you updated of service visits when available. However, please be advised that some service disruption is inevitable. If you have any queries regarding services, then please get in touch with our teams.

Declaration of your current situation

If you are reporting a maintenance issue either through the online system or via our call team, please be aware that you will be required to answer some simple questions relating to the virus. These questions provide vital information required to protect our teams and partners from any possible exposure to the virus, please ensure that you provide accurate information to our teams.

We would also ask that should you be aware that you have Covid-19 you report this directly to us so we can keep our records updated. Your information will be treated with confidence and not shared with any of your neighbours.

Development updates

Following advice from the Government, your development will be assessed to ensure that communal facilities are managed in line with government directions. Our teams will communicate specific directions as required for all our managed developments.

Your Property Manager will continue to undertake inspections of your development and notify you in advance of when these are to take place. Our Property Managers will have the necessary PPE equipment and a detailed visit protocol to adhere to, designed to minimise the risk of spread of the virus. Part of this protocol is to maintain strict social distancing; therefore, we are encouraging all meetings to take place on-line were possible. Currently we are only considering meetings on site or face to face for matters of Health & Safety and not for general enquiries or non-urgent maintenance issues.
We will continue to closely monitor government and industry advice and keep you updated of any changes. If you wish to receive updates electronically, please click to complete our online form.

Useful information

As the pandemic continues through the winter months adjustment to our policies will be required. Please rest assured that we are monitoring the advice, directions and will be adjusting as necessary to ensure that we are able to operate “business as normal” as much as possible. The changes made have been implemented to protect the Trinity team whilst ensuring that we can support our customers during this difficult and unprecedented time.

Thank you for your support and understanding, please get in contact using the methods detailed above if you have any queries. Please keep safe and contact our teams if you have any queries regarding your development.
